Foraging Walk & Wild Food Taster

Have you ever foraged for delicious wild foods before? Would you like to learn what is in season that can be foraged safely with a little care, to supplement your diet?

Come along to Hideaway Wood Farm this September to be guided around the beautiful farmland by Lizzy, who will take you on a wander to seek hedgerow and woodland edibles that are full of surprising summer flavours!

We will be looking for wild fruits, herbs, mushrooms and plants that are all around us and teaching you key identification features/preferred habitats to give a good introduction to foraging for your own wild food journey going forwards.

There will be a chance to sample some wild food makes and bakes brought along by Lizzy to show how easy it can be to incorporate your finds into everyday meals and cooking.
