Hideaway Wood Farm offers relaxed and memorable team days near Daventry, Northamptonshire (just an hour north of London)— giving teams the chance to step away from the usual work environment, reconnect and spend meaningful time together.

A rejuvenating 4-hour experience designed to give your team time away from the usual workplace.

• Hot drinks

• BYO picnic, or catering available as an add-on

PURPOSEFUL TEAM DAY

A full 5-6 hour day engaging with your team and getting involved with the alpacas and environmental activities.

• Fibre craft activity, or habitat box creation activity 

• Tree and hedge planting 

• Hot drinks

Looking for a Christmas team event that feels a little different?

Our Christmas team experiences last approx. 2.5 hours and include:

About the Farm

​​

Hideaway Wood Farm is a 28-acre off-grid farm near Daventry, with alpacas, woodland, wildlife and plenty of space to slow down.

​​

Our team days are intentionally relaxed and can be adapted around your group, your objectives and the time you have available.

​​

We can work with you to create anything from a short team social to a fuller half-day experience.​

​​

Accessibility: 

​​​

The farm is not yet fully wheelchair accessible and some areas have uneven ground. We are always happy to discuss individual accessibility needs and explore whether we can adapt an experience to make a visit possible.​​​​

Facilities:

 

As we are an off-grid, eco friendly site, we have composting toilets and no power. Many of our guests love this and escaping projectors and large screens for the day, but we like to be up front about this.

​

Parking: 
 

Our parking capacity depends on the ground and time of year. In the summer we have plenty of parking, but in the autumn and winter we have a maximum of 30 spaces, so we encourage car sharing, or using public transport to reduce your carbon footprint. ​
