Wild Game Butchery Workshop
Saturday 13 September, 10am to 6pm
This September, the amazing Alex (Force of Nature Chef) will be returning to the farm to facilitate a wild game butchery workshop. We're really excited about learning to eat more ethically and sustainabily, and hope you'll join us.
The workshop is inclusive of a delicious three course lunch, wild teas and a smoking and curing class. You will also leave the day with some game to take home with you.
